FAQ

Where are you based ?
I work out of 2 locations, JD gyms, swindon for personal training, and the sports injury clinic is based in Blunsdon fitness +, Blunsdon house hotel, there is also an option for personal training there.
-
I am not an athlete can I still work with you?
Yes! although I specialise in athlete development and injury rehab but that does not mean you need to be an athlete or injured to work with me. My goal is to get you moving better, being pain free while being prepared for the demands of life, from lifting boxes to competing in the olympics and playing with your grandchildren
-
Do I need to be a member of a gym?
No. you do not need to. However if you want a session at JD Gyms swindon you will be required to have a day pass or membership. This is not the case for Blunsdon fitness plus. Alternatively I offer online coaching where you can train from anywhere in the world
-
I want to train outside of our sessions but don't know what to do?
Alongside personal training session I offer Online coaching, which can be used as an add on. starting from an extra £1/day you can receive up to 6 extra workouts per week, form checks, informational content and access to webinars from other experts in the industry.

Will I still see the same results on the Genral athlete package vs elite athlete package.
It’s not quite black and white like that and is highly dependent on your needs. If you just want a structured program to follow you will see the same gains from all, if you are playing sport, have an even to prep for or want a individualised program to your needs I do not recommend the vernal athlete program as you are not a general athlete.

Is online as good as in person?
It depends. Sometimes it’s better sometimes it’s not as good, however if you live in Spain and want to train with me you will still see elite gains. if you live in Wales but want to rehab with me, you will return to an elite level. although I can not see you in person we work together via videos calls and messages yo achieve the best results going.
