Josh Ricketts is a Sports Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach who bridges the gap between injury rehab and athletic performance. With a BSc in Sports Therapy and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning, Josh has worked with athletes across multiple sports.
From NFL Pathway players and professional rugby athletes to Olympians and active individuals wanting to move and perform pain-free. Based in Swindon, he delivers rehab, strength, and performance coaching both in-person and online, helping clients rebuild stronger than before and stay in the game for the long term.
