In-person S&C is more than just lifting weights it’s a structured, science backed, results driven approach to improving strength, speed, and resilience. Every session begins with assessment and coaching so technique is sharp and safe. From there, training is tailored to your goals: whether that’s building explosive power for sport, returning from injury, or simply getting stronger and moving better day to day. With coaching cues, real-time feedback, and adjustments on the spot, you get the exact intensity and progression you need to improve while staying injury-free.

Better descriptions result in more sales.Online coaching gives you the structure, accountability, and expertise of elite S&C without being tied to one location. After an in-depth consultation, you’ll receive a fully tailored programme delivered through an app, complete with exercise demos, progress tracking, and regular check-ins. You train in your own gym or home, but I’m there virtually to review your sessions, adjust your plan, and answer questions. It’s flexible, cost-effective, and built around your lifestyle while still following the same science-backed principles used with athletes. Wherever you are, you get the guidance to stay consistent and keep moving forward.

Hybrid
Hybrid coaching combines the best of both worlds: in-person coaching for hands-on feedback, and remote support to keep you progressing between sessions.
You’ll have face-to-face sessions where we refine technique, push intensity, and integrate rehab. Outside of those sessions, your bespoke programme continues online, with check-ins and updates to keep you accountable. It means you’re never left guessing you get real-time coaching when you need it and structured training when you’re on your own. The hybrid model is perfect if you want flexibility but don’t want to compromise on detail, performance, or results.
